Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

What Builtiflow provides

Builtiflow provides launch-readiness reviews, implementation recommendations, and optional fixed-scope services (such as a Launch Visibility Sprint) to help you understand and close the gaps between a working prototype and a launch-ready product.

No guarantees

Builtiflow does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, customer acquisition, legal compliance, security, payment-provider approval, or a successful launch. Our findings and recommendations are informational and based on the information and access available to us at the time of review.

Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for:

  • Implementation decisions made in your app or business
  • Access to your own accounts, codebase, and systems
  • Production deployment and how changes are released
  • Your own legal, privacy, and regulatory obligations
  • Security of your systems, accounts, and data
  • Payments, billing, and financial recordkeeping
  • Backups of your code, data, and infrastructure

Access to your systems

If a review or engagement requires access to a repository, analytics account, payment system, or other private system, that access is optional, provided at your discretion, and used only with your authorization and only for the purpose of the engagement.

Scope, timelines, and revisions

The specific scope of work, timeline expectations, number of revisions, and any implementation work included in a paid engagement are defined in the applicable proposal, checkout page, or written agreement for that engagement, not in this general terms page.

Payment and refunds

Payment and refund terms are TODO and will be finalized before this service accepts payment. Until then, payment terms for any paid engagement will be confirmed directly with you in writing.

Limitation of liability — draft, pending legal review

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builtiflow's total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Builtiflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. This section is a conservative draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
