• An optional repository URL, if you choose to provide one
• An optional Loom (or similar) video URL, if you choose to provide one
• Responses you provide in intake forms or questionnaires
• Basic analytics information, such as pages visited and general usage patterns

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Run the free scan or deliver the results you requested
• Deliver paid Launch Visibility Sprints and related services
• Improve the accuracy and usefulness of the service
• Send optional launch-related email updates, only if you opt in to receive them

Service providers

Depending on how you interact with Builtiflow, information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the site and deliver the service — for example, hosting, form, scheduling, payment, or analytics providers such as Vercel, Notion, Tally, Kit, Stripe, or similar tools. Not every provider listed here is necessarily active for every visitor or engagement, and this list may change as the service evolves.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for, or as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
